Hello,
A user have a problem that i have been unable to replicate, it is with the toolbar in easyblog.
when the user is logged in eh/she only has a "logout" button where i have a "show settings" button.
Dont think this todo with the new "toolbar.php" file that i have gotten from you guys in ticket #107577 but i would like you help.

What happens is that when a user (group blogger see ticket) they cant see the "settings" button.

The weird thing is that i have been unable to replicate this on my own system so i cant test. the only difference is that they run IE10 under win8 and i run IE11 under win8.1

Any help is appriciated
Regards
Lars
Hi, just a quick follow up, it would appear that the "darn" compability settings in IE screwed up the users UI. After disabling that everything worked fine...

Hello Lars,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. May I have access to your users login and also a general backend login for your site? Is it possible to provide FTP as well? Please advice.

Thanks!

Hello Lars,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. When I tried to access the back end with the provided login credentials, I seem to be hitting this error:

102001 - An error has occurred.

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Can you please advise?

Hi. It would appear that way. As I mentioned in the original post it is something browser related since I have always been able to see it. Even logged in as her. She cant..highly doubt it to be setting related. But givven that I have tried pretty much every setting combination to try and find out why she see a logout button there instead of the weel I can't figure out what's going on...sorry for the typos,, on my phone :-)
