Hi,

I have just noticed on my iphone, and my mothers, that the toolbar is not clickable at all.

Any ideas?
Thanks
Katie
Hello Katie,

We have tested this on a mobile device and it does seem to work fine though, http://screencast.com/t/fQ9Ek1YlehS0

Hello Katie,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply, got a little occupied with some development works. Hm, it really shouldn't be an issue with the phone. Which version are you currently on?

Hi Katie, do you have a live site where we can test this on? It could be due to conflicts with Joomla! template.

Hi Katie, the login button on the toolbar works for me. It could be after a user has logged in?
I have created a user on your site, would you be able to approve it? Then I'll test it out again. :-)

Katie,

I am not sure the template you are using works on Joomla 3.2 yet! joomlabamboo uses the T3 Framework from Joomlart.com, and they have yet to update their framework for Joomla 3.2! and if you look on Joomlart.com website you will see an number of iphone issues that a few people are running into because of Joomla 3.2. And always wait for the upgrade for the upgrade! Meaning Joomla 3.2.1. A clean install of Joomla 3.2 generates less pain than an upgrade...

And as you build out your site take it offline and make the adjustments you need to make. and remove the Easy Social Text from your Login Module also! displaying the name of a module, component or plugin gives a hacker a headstart in some cases. As a developer once I know what a person is using it is very easy to take their website apart! So make them work to get into your system...

If you are going to use K2 make sure to select the dummy email option, so K2 does not show the email address connected to your admin account in the feed!

And disable this link
Joomla Social Network powered by EasySocial

While this is free advertising for stackideas it is also the first thing a hacker look for! I don't know why people still use them? it is so easy to place a redirect on a Back Link and this what some hackers call it, a back link to them!

one more thing disable the Joomlabamboo link at the bottom of your template also. Should be able to turn it off in the template manager area.

You could also just create your own image and give it the same name then upload and replace joomlabamboo image then edit the footer.php file and remove their link info with your own website url, so when someone click on that link, and they will.... they will be redirected to whatever info you use!

And for all those thats going to read this rule #1 when building a website for business never let people you want to join your website know the products you are using!

Hi Katie, we're sorry for the late reply.

In the later version of ES we have repositioned the toolbar menu so that the entire menu shows up instead of getting clipped at the edge.
You might want to try to update to a later version and try again.

Attaching to you is how your current site's toolbar looks like on an iPhone simulator.
