toolbar not visible for registered users

Hi!
The toolbar ist visible only if you're logged out or if your're an admin.
A normal registered user (who's NOT allowed to wirte a blog) ist not seeing the toolbar. But he should see it, so he can navigate through the blog.
We added user calles "support2", who is no admin, but a normal user, so you see the difference.

We suspected that you have disabled ' Allowed To View Toolbar' options for your Registered's ACL at Backend>Components>Easyblog>ACL>Registered user>Profile as shown http://take.ms/xQaNy

If problems still persist, it would be best if you can provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues.
