I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have just checked your site and it looks like the StackIdeas Toolbar package was removed from the site. I have installed the module from https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3466-stackideas-toolbar and it is appearing correctly now.
