I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It okay, normally we call this as tooltip.

Based on what i checked the code, it seems like that is not possible to switch this tooltip position from top to bottom, but you can try download my attached file and replace into this template override file location and see how it goes.

JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easysocial/toolbar/default.php (for these new folder you have to manually create it)

Once you put under this above file location, this tooltip no longer appear on the toolbar.
