Toolbar menu always displays a mobile view

Hi,

The Toolbar menu always displays in a mobile view even when using a desktop computer. I'd like it to display normally (as in your demos).

I know this is old, so I'm not sure if anything has changed, but I'd love to just have an off switch for the responsive menu so you don't have to edit the css file.
