Toolbar in the top of the blog page appears and disappears

The toolbar with the search box and the other buttons is not show in the blog page.
I don't know why sometimes appears and sometimes no.
How I can do to make appears all the time?

Hello Emilio,

I have check your site and it seems like you're confuse with guest and registered user. Only registered users are set to be able to see/access the toolbar. Guest in your site is unable to see the toolbar since you have disable them to access toolbar. To enable this back you can configure: Components > EasyBlog > ACL > Public/Guest > Access Toolbar = Yes. Can you set this to yes, and see if this resolve your issue.
