I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

For those write and quick post button it only check it from the user group ACL, if the current user login user do not have permission to submit a blog post on your site, so those button will not appear on the toolbar.

If you really want to disappear those icon on the toolbar, you have to modify this file -> JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php , check my attached screenshot below which line of code have to remove it.

After you save it, paste this default.php file into your current template location -> JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easyblog/toolbar/default.php , so it will not affected after you update to next version.

Note : those new folder you have to create manually by yourself.
