Toolbar disappeared after update to 1.3.21

Hi,

After the update to version 1.3.21 the Easysocial toolbar has disappeared.

Not sure how to get it back. Could you take a look at it?
Login details are provided.

If you make any changes to files, please let me know which exact changes, so I don't run into the same issues with my other site.

I just found the solution in another post.

I uploaded the file provided by Mark and it works again.
