Toolbar color not changing

Hi,

Toolbar color is not working. I've changed it several times but nothing happens.

I can't seem to login to the administration area of your site to view your changes.

Yes, Itamar is correct. Updating to 5.2.3 should fix this as we had some last minute fixes before we pushed out 5.2.1 which inadvertently messes up with the css codes.
