I've checked your site and found out there is some customization on the core template file: /root/templates/charm/component.php . Therefore, may I know did you add the customization in this file?. If you do, kindly revert back to the original file from the template package.

The only thing is in the CSS within the Template and it's exactly the same as the live site, so there shouldn't be any issues

If that is the case, please revert the root/templates/charm/component.php file to the original.
Do remember to create a backup for this file in case you needed it in the future.

Regarding this issue,

This is only happening on DEV.MasqueradingDating.com and I cannot see why.

The toolbar is over the top of the Payplans checkout.

The reason why the toolbar is showing on your checkout page is that there is some customization applied to your root/templates/charm/component.php file. This component.php file shouldn't be rendering any template styling. But because of the customization, it does. Check out the attached screenshots of the file comparison between the original file and the one from your dev site.

Anyway, may I know, does this issue also happens on your live site? If it doesn't, kindly help me compare this component.php file from the dev site with the live site.

I've checked your live site and yeah, the issue is not there. So, I continue checking MasqueradingDating.com/templates/charm/component.php on the live site. Seems like this file didn't contain the customization like the development site.

So, to fix this issue, kindly copy MasqueradingDating.com/templates/charm/component.php from your live site and place it at your development site: DEV.MasqueradingDating.com/templates/charm/component.php.
