Hello,

I have again a lot of problem with the site of my client.

I put 19 email at once and the CRON is at 10 by hours.

This morning my client have exceed the quote of 200 by hours.

You can use my last admin access to check the parameters in my easyblog component.

Is it possible to resend just for people who not received the blog this morning.

Thanks for you help
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Do you mean your server did some restriction only can send out 200 emails per hour on your site?

Is it possible to resend just for people who not received the blog this morning.

Unfortunately currently we doesn't have a record from the database which user haven't receive email notification yet.
Perhaps you can check from your backend > Easyblog > mail activities and see is it all the pending email already mark as send out?

Hi Arlex,

Now my client change the PLAN on his hosting provider Hebergement WEB Canada
for the ENTREPRISE. They allow us 300 emails/hour.

I put a 5 minutes CRON and a batch of 20 emails = 240 emails/hour

Can you verify that my parameters in easyblog are OK.

Thanks
Andre

You can refer on my attached screenshot below where is that setting located at.
