May i know do you mean that when you put some accents content in discussion area, then it will not display out right?

Is it possible provide us some example accents sentences at there? So that we can do some testing in our local?

By the way, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access as well? In case if we unable to reproduce this issues in our local, so we can test in your site.
