I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, based on the sql error message, it seems like your max_join_size size is rather low thus you are hitting this error. I've added a fix on your site by executing below sql before the actual sql being executed.

SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1


Below is the file I've modified:

JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/users.php

Now, I am able to register myself at your site and received email notification. Please see:

The same fix will be added into next release of EasySocial as well
