I'm still trying to get Charm ready for use on my site.. I'm having trouble with using the default 'title' module position.

I'm using the same module on a default install of Helix Ultimate, and on an install of Charm...

1) On default Helix Ultimate it shows correctly under the menu bar: See http://www.mysite /test3
2) On Charm you'll see it's hidden behind the menu bar - you can only just see the bottom of it. See http://www.mysite/ test2

Is this a known issue picked up in the imminent update to Charm - or a new issue?
You're welcome Andy, I saw what my colleague Mark locked that ticket already mark as done.

And we will probably release another new version of Charm template end of this week or next week.

Hey Andy,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

It could be the new issue, can you provide us with this /test2 domain site backend access so we can better have a check?

May i know what module position to assign that search module on the page?

Hi Arlex,

Yes it's my main site - so all access details should be connected to my account here.

I have Charm template on /test2 and the standard Helix Ultimate on /test3

I have one module called 'Helix Ultimate Search' which is assigned to both pages in the 'title' module position which is a default Helix position.

Oh, first i thought that is subdomain site.

Okay, i can replicate this issue if the Easysocial toolbar doesn't display for guest user, i will lock this issue into our issue tracker.

By the way, thanks for reported Andy.

Hi Arlex.. Thanks for looking into this. Glad you were able to confirm it's an issue.

Hoping it can make it into upcoming Charm update. Rather than what might be a more complex solution, I would love it if you guys could consider having the EasySocial toolbar show for guests - albeit empty with a login button to trigger EasySocial's login pop-up.

This might be the easiest way to fix this issue as well? I'd gladly pay for the work if it helps!

I mentioned this here: https://stackideas.com/forums/permanent-login-option-on-screen

You're most welcome.

Just for your information, I have locked and marked this thread as resolved to avoid confusions in the future. Please start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiries.

Thanks for understanding
