TIMEZONE - In some parts as events and user login time zones are wrong

If I create an event 5:00 pm start time is changed to 10:00 pm, that is, of America/Bogota switches to Antarctica/Vostok ... I have no idea why this happens ...

The creation time of the event also appears +5 hours apart.

This also happens with login registration ... if I see the list of last admissions system all appear +5 hours apart.

OK time this server. -> $ Date
When MySQL is OK. -> MariaDB [(none)]> select now ();

When users publications on the wall is OK.

Any idea how to fix it???

I am not entirely sure what do you mean here. Did you mean you have chosen the timezone of America / Bogota and it switches to Antarctica / Vostok?
