Taking into account the time zone designation, the time displayed for a newly created recurring event changes between the first event and the rest of the events in the series.
For example, the event at https://faenet.org/community-events/1165-test-recurring-event-777
This Online event was created in the Los Angeles timezone for the time of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on April 26 to recur on Sundays. (see attached screenshot)
However, looking at the next event in the series on May 3 displays a time of 17:00 to 19:00 with the timezone of Los Angeles still listed (see attached screenshot). The rest of the events in the series also display the 17:00 to 19:00 time in the Los Angeles time zone.
It appears that the recurring events are displaying the time in UTC even though they are still displaying a time zone of Los Angeles.
