Hi,

I'd like to implement the same feature as your tickets section , in which I'm writing wright now.
The only diference I have is that I want the tickets to be seen only by the client himself, nothing will be public

Could you provide me with the main steps to implement this on my website ?

Hello Romain,

Unfortunately this is not possible right now but we're planning to add in private discussions in the future where only the moderators and the person created the discussion can access the discussion

any idea when private discussions will be will be availible for easy discuss? It is just the thing I need!
