Is it possible to reverse order in support tickets so that newest entries goes on top, instead of the other way around as it is today? Lengthy threads requires A LOT of scrolling...

To be honest, you are the first person that raised this. We find this much easier because the reply form is at the bottom. If the thread is showing as newest first, whenever we want to reply we need to go back and forth to look at the last reply to read their reply.
Ah yes, our current ticket system is structured in a way so that when you are viewing replies, it will always be oldest first because the reply form is at the bottom.
Ok. But don't you find that rather tiresome when scrolling through long threads?
Most support forums I work on actually have the possibility to choose to display oldest/newest on top like many apps and other services. Perhaps something for you to look into to add value to EasyDiscuss?
