Hey dear bloggers, dear support team.

Is there any possibility to determinate the order of the pics in the thumbnail block?
Behaviour in the post: When I select one thumbnail and the whole picture is shown and click to the following pic it shows not the next in line but another. Also the order of pics changes with each change of the number of columns. Uploading the pics one by one and/or having a consistent numbering does not help.
The only way to “solve” this is by uploading first 1 pic, setting the colum number to 1 and then add the others one by one.
So the pics are shown as one large scarf then in the post.

Is there a fix to this behaviour when wanting more columns or do I have to live with it?

Thanks for any ideas about this.

Hi Petra Sood,

Thanks for the crystal clear steps on how to replicate this, and I can reproduce it locally I've logged this in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.

Thanks for your understanding Petra.

Hello Petra,

Hm, not entirely sure how do I replicate this. Do you mean after adding the thumbnail block, you then selected more than 1 image and inserted it into the thumbnail block?

Hey Mark
I added some screenshots, step by step. You can see how the sequences are changing with each change in the column-number. It's not possible to determine the sequence when you don't use the default number for the columns (4).
I hope this helps to explain.

Also when shown in the blog, it first looks OK but if you click into the detail view, the sequence is messed up too.

This would be awesome if this could be fixed, so storytelling could be a lot easier!
