There are 2 issues here,

as the whole section is moved to the right and not sure where title should be...

I did not do any customization to easysocial or easysocial styles. this template ja-intranet works fine with easysocial version 2.0

Then you have to find out who insert this codes for you http://take.ms/wFMdH , please check proper the codes is inside https://akruga.ru/templates/ja_intranet/css/custom.css . Since this codes will be messed up you styling i would advise you remove it by your self.

I've applied this following custom css into JoomlaFolder/templates/ja_intranet/css/custom.css

body #es.view-conversations .es-container {

     display: block !important;

}

It should work fine now on the conversation page, can you clear your browser cache and see how it goes.
