I am sorry but unfortunately there's no way to view a user's password currently but if you are the admin, you should still be able to view the post. However, I did notice that EasyDiscuss on your site is running on an older version and this version probably has some bugs where you will not be able to see the post even if you are the site admin. Is it possible for you to upgrade to the latest version of EasyDiscuss ?

How should I proceed to upgrade? You could not do it for me?

Yep, I could do this for you but I would need your FTP access and your permission for me to upgrade Please take note that we would not be responsible to make a backup of your customizations. If you did customize it, it's best that you make a backup of it first.

I have tried re-install the EasyDiscuss latest version for you, but getting this error :

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning: Failed to move file!

Can you check with your configuration.php because i checked in your side seems like the configuration.php and /home/prote209/public_html/redegalera/tmp (Temp directory) is set to Unwritable, you need to contact to your hosting provider to change it to Writable .

Hmm, could you mind follow my step to update your Easydiscuss to latest version?
Step 1 : Download from ( http://stackideas.com/dashboard ) and find EasyDiscuss Professional > Click "For Joomla 1.6 - 3.0" >> http://screencast.com/t/oyceculIz
Step 2 : GOTO > Joomla Backend > Extension Manager > Click "Choose file" - e.g. com_easydiscuss_3.1.8872_paid_j2.5.zip > Upload& install >> http://screencast.com/t/tDaG6e3lBu
