I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Do you mean guest user unable to vote right? If yes, you have to enable this `Allow Guests To Rate` settings from backend > Easyblog > settings > rating > Allow Guests To Rate - YES

If you are logged in user, the system will allow you to vote in the blog post.
