Greetings support,

I am trying to activate and display the bread crumbs module. It is set to the bread crumbs position, but when I look at the position map from the template, there is no bread crumb position, yet it appears as an existing position in charm. In addition the breadcrumb module is not displaying on the front end.

What's going on with this? Please help!

Thnaks!
Hi there,

Regarding the position breadcrumb, you can simply create a new position at the template layout. Check out the attached screenshot.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

But it says that position already exist in the position list in modules. Does that mean that it partially exist and I need to complete the steps you mentionned above to finalizes the availability of this position?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Yes. You'll need to add the breadcrumb module position into the template layout in order to use the position. And you can define it anywhere you want.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

I added the position. Will the position map page reflect this change here:

Hi there,

I've inspected your site and actually, your breadcrumbs are showing. But it is shown at the bottom of the page. Check out the attached screenshot. The reason why is that based on the template layout position, it is placed after the component section.

Is there any specific location you'd prefer this breadcrumbs to be shown? Perhaps, you can reposition the breadcrumb's position to above the component section. You can simply drag and drop to the new position and click save to store the new position. Check out the attached screenshot.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
