Hello,

There is a conflict with the JGiftS component and the "System - EasySocial Mobile"

Yes, I'm on IOS. I do not have the technical words to explain. I will do my best.

When I scrolled with the finger:

The picture I sent you stays fixed and takes the whole screen. When I scrolle, the page scrolls behind this image. The problem is that scrolling works behind this image.

And we click to choose a gift and assign a recipient:

When I click on the title, the action works perfectly. Ok.?

But I have the same problem. When I scrolle, the scrolling of the page works behind this image.
So I'm stuck. I can not do anything else. Can not assign a recipient since the image remains fixed, it takes the whole screen and the page scrolling works behind this image.?

I already create a ticket with developer Nordmograph for JGiftS. He asked me to see you. Look at the screenshots please. For my part it does not work. What should I do ?

I'm totally stuck. Can you help me resolve this problem please?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

I've tried to replicate this in my android device, it seems look fine but I do not know how to assign to recipient when I click on that gift button.

You can check my attached screenshot below.

Perhaps you can download this JING software here https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html , then record a video how to work this into your desktop ? so i can understand the workflow how to add recipient in mobile as well.

No problem for the delay;) . Indeed, it works well on Androïd. That's ok.
On the other hand, it does not work on IOS.

Thanks for getting back to us,

It seems like that was only happen on IOS device.

First I've tried to disabled our "System - EasySocial Mobile" plugin, the issue still persists.

In other word, without Easysocial "System - EasySocial Mobile" plugin, this JGiftS extension also not work well in IOS device.

I've applied some temporary css fix into JoomlaFolder/templates/esmobile/css/custom.css

-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch;
}


It should work fine now, can you try clear your mobile browser cache/history and try load again?

By the way, I would be best consult with their developer regarding this.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like that error coming from Joomla instead of Easysocial, I've temporary turn off the error reporting from your backend global configuration, that error shouldn't appear from your backend module page now.

I'm asking you because there were bugs with ConverseKit and the JGiftS component. You have to make specific modifications. So I would not want to erase everything.

I've checked again on your first post, it seems like you didn't reported any Conversekit issue on this thread, am i missing anything here?

Yes, you can update your Easysocial and web mobile template to latest version.

And the web mobile template will show your site menu on the left sidebar, but it also depend on which menu you would like to show on the mobile view, you can configure it from backend > Plugin manager > system - mobile Easysocial plugin.

About easysocial:

Here is the configuration of the site.
After the trial period on the site, users who have not subscribed to a subscription no longer have access to the community in easysocial and are automatically assigned in a easysocial profile called "restricted access".
That's Ok.

Here is my problem:

There is no message that indicates that the user has been assigned to a new profile that no longer gives him access to the community. For proof, they are confused and think that it is the site that does not work.

I tried to create a message in the profile "restricted access" to guide users to the plans page but it does not work.

Here are my questions:

1) How to display a message in red or pop up with a redirect link only for users who are assigned in the "restricted access" profile? Here is the link :
