The front-end toolbar does not display on my draft site. Need to get this sorted before launching the website in 2 weeks. Tried selecting other themes, but it seems no themes are selected.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
I have checked in your site, it seems like this plugin "System - Too Many Files" causing this issues, i have help you set "Join CSS files - No". Then the theme is load fine now.
