Unfortunately Themes do not change anything on website feel and look.
especially as you advised; Bubble theme doesn't work as it is seen on demo site.

I provided you ftp connections, below, could you please have a look at this issue what's wrong in installation?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like your first blog post didn't add the post cover, this is why it doesn't populate the image on your feature slider area.

I did help you enabled this setting "First Image as Post Cover" from your site backend, so it will pick one of the content image if the blog post didn't have upload any post cover image.

Can you give it a check again, is it show the similar layout on our demo site now?
