Theme problem after upgraded from EasyDiscuss 3.x to EasyDiscuss 4.0.

My website is using the simplistic, but after the upgrade of my EasyDiscuss, it removed this theme and use the theme "wireframe"!

Then I reinstalled the new version of EasyDiscuss again, set the default theme "simplistic", The strange thing is it did add the directory simplsitic, but there're only 2 files. So, I uploaded all the files and sub-directories manually.

After I modified 2 files, post.question.item.php and post.reply.item, it doesn't work. Looks like it never uses these files!

It's so confusing...

Could anyone give me a help please?

BTW, I just have added a file "post.tip" under the theme simplistic, and have also added one line to each of the 2 files.

Hey Derek,

EasyDiscuss 4.0 no longer has the same "simplistic" view. The simplistic view in EasyDiscuss 3.x is actually just plain Bootstrap 2.0 and we needed to retire Bootstrap's styling as it becomes extremely tedious to maintain when Joomla upgrades to Bootstrap 3.0.

Hi Mark,

OK, let's forget "simplistic". I've found that the theme has a big change. Where can I found some documentation for the new theme system. I just upgraded EasyDiscuss on my site, and the modifications by using joomla template's override method do not work now.

You can refer on our template override documentation for Easydiscuss 4 here. If the issue still persists, perhaps you can share with us which file you would like to override?

I know nothing about Easydiscuss's template. So, it only has one template and several themes as a default package?

And the structure of the template has been totally changed, am I right?
