By the way, i realised your smart search component only indexed 2 users, you can check my attached screenshot below.

I already help you re-index again for Easysocial users and pages, can you give it a check again is it can search it now?

If you would like user can able to search this 2 things, you have to disabled the rest of the finder plugin, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Thank you for your answer, it's more better now, but if i use the search easysocial, the search work only if i search my name , not for other name users.
I have verified the confidential parameter of the profil user, it's good "for all user of site".

I done some searching using same name as given screenshot and it does found a result as you can see here http://take.ms/bV1Jzp. Can you provide us with more details so that we can further check them. Please advice.

Thank you for your update, and sorry for the late.
you use the super user for do the search, if you use the user wich have the same profile you cann't find the same result.
you can use the user: test@test.com for your test he has the same profile like Feriel.

After further check them, seems like those profiles are privated and he have set this privacy http://take.ms/2r6NP for his profile. So that others will not find him unless you are friends with his friends.
