My version is joomla 4.10, born from an update from joomla 3.9.1.
I have problems in general with joomla 4, every now and then I have other errors where the site becomes unreachable and I have to restart the vps server.

I'd like to activate the messages, but if I click send message from the link user in the post, the white popup also appears there.
Then I have over 40,000 subscribers and I would like to disable the ability to send a message to anyone, many have the same name. But it would be useful to send messages only to those who write in the forum. Or if people independently activated the possibility of receiving private messages. But I don't think there is such an option.
