For security reasons, unfortunately, I can not provide FTP access.
but you can access the files with the joomla component ProFiles:

There is an issue with the permissions of the media folder, http://take.ms/lNVu9 and this is why the installer wasn't able to copy the files. As I do not have the ftp access, I can't check on the permissions. You need to consult this with your hosting provider to reset the permissions for the /media/com_easysocial folder.
