You can set the view reply permission from the category's permission area(attached).

Is there also a way that searchbots can read a piece of the replies so there is more content for the searchbots ?

If guest users cannot see replies, the same goes for searchbots. Even if guest users can see replies, I believe searchbots do not crawl replies. They only crawl the opening post content.
