I believed that you are referring to this page https://www.roygigolo.com/blog. If yes, it seems that you are using your own themes and inside this .../components/com_easyblog/themes/roygig/blogs/latest/default.main.php file, that are no such code(see below codes) included.

<?php echo $this->output('site/blogs/admin.tools', array('post' => $post, 'return' => $return)); ?>

I have included them and it should shown as it should now. Please give it a check and see how it goes.
