When trying to update to the latest version, I am getting this error message:

There was an error uploading this file to the server.
The PHP temporary folder is not set.
Unable to find install package
Hello Joel,

This error isn't generated by EasyDiscuss. I believe it is generated by Joomla and you are hitting this error most likely because either:

1. Your hosting provider did not specify the tmp path in their php.ini

or

2. You did not set a correct path for the temporary folder in Joomla. This can be set under Joomla's Global Configuration
