Yep, that is actually because this module is for EasyBlog built in comments. If you want to render comments from Komento, you need to use the Comments module from Komento instead

however there is no Most Commented Post Module from Komento

Currently we do not have an option to allow user to set filter by show most commented post from the Komento module at this point of time.
