please advise.

Howard, try adding your domain as the "Active Domain" in your dashboard on the stackideas website.

This solved it for me when I hit upon the same issue.

Hi: It was late here so sorry to delay getting back to you. I am able to see your failed login and the password you used was wrong (not the one I think I entered). It should have three bangs (!!!) at the end. I'll enter it again below. I was wondering whether you system cut them off? You were right, I hadn't entered my domain. But doing so does not change the problem. I'm still getting:

Downloading Installation Files...
Downloading Installation Files... Failed
The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.

My other three programs have installed fine.

Just to repeat those details to be sure I gave you them correctly
