Hello Support,

I received this msg. "The MD5 Hash Of The Downloaded File Does Not Match. Please Contact Our Support Team To Look Into This"
Can you fix it?

Best regards
Hey Anne,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

To add your access, simply edit your first post above or head on to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to insert your site access once only.

Hi,

I have the same problem on my site. Tryed to update EasySocial 1.3.23. Get ERROR message above and now no further access to my ES component possible - at selecting any menu item, update dialog coming up and ends with the "MD5 Hash..." message.
EasySocial does not work anymore!
My subscription had ended sep2015 but the Component should work furthermore...

Hey Andreas,

This is because your subscription has already expired and you can't update to the latest version unless you have an active subscription.

You can remove the file /tmp/easysocial.installation to stop the upgrade process.

Thx for the fast reply!

the faulty update process was clear - was just a try
Removing the tmp file has fixed my issue. ES works.

Any hint why i should renew and update to 1.4 - any special features added?
