When trying to install via the launcher we are receiving the error;

The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.

The site/server means all requirement checks and directory permissions.

Help?
Hello Shaun,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Attached, Ideally we would like to do the install ourselves so it would be helpful if you could explain any changes that are made.

Thanks

Hello Shaun,

When we try to use the easy social launcher to install we noticed that your API key is not there. Therefore we use another method by downloading the full version from the dashboard shown here in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/u5TxFHeTElde. We then choose install via directory instead of install via the network like is shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/kF4Ek6HK since the API key is not present.

Regards
Kheng Wei
