Hello Ruth,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Is it possible to allow us backend and FTP access so that we can check out your issue? Please advice.

Thanks!

Hello Ruth,

Sorry for the late reply. I tried to login to your backend but I can't access it. i am getting this

>> 0 Cannot open file for writing log

Also If you are using MijoSEF you will need to download their extension for EasyBlog.

https://mijosoft.com/downloads/mijosef/extensions/easyblog-mijosef

Please advice.

Thanks!

Hello i'was already using the mijosef extension.
You can access to the backend area via the url that i send you. i dont know if you refer to the joomla's admin area or to FTP. With the user and password that i sent you i can access without any problem
thanks in advance

Hello Ruth,

Sorry for the late reply. I checked out your site and it seems like you addex a prefix for EasyBlog urls "postalumnos" The reason the logout isn't working is because somehow the prefix remains even when EasyBlog has redirected to Joomla User page. I'm afraid as you are using MijoSEF, you will need to refer to them regarding this issue about how they affix the prefix. Hope this helps.

Thanks!
