hi

I am having this kind of message >

The Google Maps Platform server rejected your request. This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to use this API key. Request received from IP address 201.150.127.220, with referer: https://terrapatris.com.br/localizacao

> I did the google account with the billing account.

/// Also, I cannot alter my domain from http , to https:// in my account

thanks
marco
Hey there,

- Google Static Maps API
- Google Maps JavaScript API
- Google Maps Geocoding API
- Google Maps Geolocation API
- Google Maps Embed API

Please search for the above APIs and just to ensure that you had clicked 'Enable' in the API Libary.

If the issue still persists, can you add my email address irwinchew@stackideas.com to become the owner into your current project so I can have a better check on your current configuration setting without accessing your Google account?

Also, can you provide us with your site's access and FTP's access so that I can have a better check on it and troubleshoot it if needed?

/// Also, I cannot alter my domain from http , to https:// in my account

Can you provide us with some screenshots of it so that I can have a better understanding of it?

Thanks for your understanding.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

About changing the domin to https, was in my subscription for easy blog. i tought it might be afecting if it is only allowing public http

Oh don't worry, it will not affect this issue.

And my colleague is not around during weekend, can you add my email address arlex.wong@stackideas.com to become the owner into your current project and update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site in case we need to check this from the Easyblog core file on your site.

You're most welcome.

I've checked on your site, it seems like there got some bug, it always retrieve the key from the "Google map" API key which you set to different key https://take.ms/DAVVh .

But you use "Google Places" service provider, so I've help you updated that API key from "Google Map" API key to your current latest API , it should work fine now.

Can you give it a check and see how it goes?

You're welcome.

After checked further, Google return this error when you trying to search the map :

{
["https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/nearbysearch/json?location=3.1205125%2C101.67741799999999&radius=800&key=xxx&keyword="]=>
object(stdClass)#890 (2) {
["headers"]=>
string(465) "HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate

["contents"]=>
string(301) "{
"error_message" : "This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/places_backend?project=_",
"html_attributions" : [],
"results" : [],
"status" : "REQUEST_DENIED"
}

Then I've help you activated this "Google Places API" and disable the application restriction on your site, it should work fine now.

Can you give it a check?
