Hello,

I was just browsing the accepted voices and don't know really what to think...

Some feature will be implemented in version 1.4, ... up to 4.0.0 !!!

I am already reading you: "we can not give an estimate date ...."
Yes nearly all of us understand this but lets face it clearly please

4.0.0 is it like... next century?
Please don't misunderstand me, but some of the accepted feature are available from 3rd parties and others not.

While at the moment we have no other alternatives from SI we will use these 3rd party add ons.
By the time of the native release of such add-ons we will have hundreds or thousands of datas and the question will be how to move these datas or will we have not other choice than keep using these 3rd paries add ons?

Now today I feel like completely blind and in a deep thick fog.
We stand here today but when is tomorrow, when is 1.4 - 1.5 - 1.6. - 4.0.0
Will my great-great grand-grandchildren be the ones to update the component for me because I will be 6 feet under since a long time ago?

Hey guys, I really value your hard work for the great components you build, I have great respect for all of you not mentioning the top notch incredible and extremely polite support you provide.

Maybe Mark or someone else can write his vision of future developments and some kind of agenda to get us out of darkness 4.0.0 into daylight

Sincerely and respectfully
Hi Supporter,

Thank you for your inquiry and your way of sharing your concern with us. I admit, though it does trigger our dev to work harder, it also made us laugh! We're all a bunch of cool and sporting peeps.

Alright, moving on to the serious issue; the 4.0.0 is just a rough estimation for features. Remember how we used to laugh at Firefox for releasing Firefox 9? Now, Firefox is at version 36! My point is that, version numberings are just rough plans that we have to sort out any new features. Who knows, we might even skipped EasySocial 3 and jump straight to 4!

Either way, we acknowledge your concern and currently we're sorting out team members and is in the process of adding up more team members. We hope that in due time, our development process will become much more faster than what it used to be.

Thank you and if you have any other ideas and/or complaints, feel free to share it with us. We're totally cool with it.

I am one of the customer who thinks that you can't ask EasySocial to do everything. So for me this is normal... and may last. You can't ask EasySocial to be JFBConnect or PayPlan.
I know that it means you will have additional expenses for buying these extensions, and that having them to work as expected with EasySocial is often a pain... But I think the effort should be put (by StackIdeas and the 3rd party editor) on working on a better integration.

So I said

Thank you for sharing Altitudes. Well, in terms of Payplan and JFBConnect, I believe both of these component integrates and works very well with EasySocial.

Apart from that, I agree that we can't develop everything in one component (though we seriously wish we could!) because we will tend to lose focus on the main thing the component should deliver.

Just my honest opinion.
