Hello Gangadhar,

It's actually safe to include it under the "Site Details" tab below. This is because the contents would be encrypted and further more, these data is only available to us. As soon as we check / fix the issues that you are facing, you can always delete those account for preventive measures

Thanks, it looks like no theme has been selected for EasyBlog on the site. I have selected "default" as the default theme and it works fine now. Are you using a different theme earlier?

Hi Gangadhar,

I have inspected your site and it seems like it is coming from your template. Please put this css override code in your current Joomla template.

#eblog-wrapper .clearfix{
height:auto;
}

Hope this helps.

Hi

thanks for the support. But i dont see the list style before. Now its coming. can you please check?

because we never touch css before. today we did with a designer here and carefully added the suggested code in global.css with the following code

#eblog-wrapper .clearfix{
height:auto;
}

other than this there is no code updated. But designer is saying that 2 files have modified on 03/12/2015

css_compiled folder in under templates/eximium

this folder have 2 css files showing modifed date as 03/12/2015

can you please check the same and resolve the issue

Here is the screenshot where the list style got bullets

Hi Support

can someone please look into the issue. We are about to promote our blog. I see this list style really spoiling the look and feel of the website pages.

Hello Gangadhar,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like the css file bootstrap-blue.css from /templates/eximium/css_compiled/bootstrap-blue.css folder is causing the bullet list issue. When I tried to rename it the bullet style is displaying properly. However I believe my colleague does not touch anything in your css file as he only debugging your site using his web console (indirect).

Perhaps the issue is because of the template itself during compiling thus returning some conflict. You can try to rename the file that I mentioned above and see if that will fix the issue.

Hope these help
