That's strange, because this was known issues in Joomla 3.2, it should be solved in 3.2.3, anyway I have help you resave the setting from your backend > User > option > save
Please have a check.

Hello,

I have just tried to create a new test blog post and it does seem to appear at http://www.city-home.info/blog/latest.html . Am I missing anything here?
