It looks like you have enabled the option to hide comment editor buttons, http://take.ms/g5ZrM . I have disabled this and it loads the editor buttons now

Hello Sergey,

I believe this is due to jquery conflicts on Joomla as it renders a different version of jQuery. You can configure Komento so that it renders it's own jQuery version. To do so, go to Settings > System and turn on the option "Load Komento's jQuery Library".
