It seems that this is known issues when user used "Cloudflare" as their web server hosting .
I would suggest to turn off you cloudflare first and try whether you can post or not.
If problem still persist, can you provide us with your cloudflare access for further check on this issues?

It seems that maybe cloudflare still stored cached on your site. It seem that i can create a new post now as you can see at this link http://www.informaticacerdanyola.com/es/noticias/test . Maybe you can purge cache on your cloudflare and see how it goes.

I set Cloudflare your advice (Rules and others) and it seems to work.
