I still not quite sure what issue you have hit. Can you provide us with your joomla backend and FTP access so we can check issue directly ?

The Easyblog toolbar where you see the login form; above that is a register link, when i click that it took me where i show you in the attachment picture...

How can the user register do i have to add a module or something?
