Hi,

I am getting this error message.

The current installer you are using is outdated. Please download the new 5.2.1 installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard and install it via Extensions Manager

I have downloaded the package and have tried to install it manually via Extensions Manager. The error still shows. Also I have cleared cache - but the error still persists.

As you have solved this issue before for another user please explain what I need to do to solve this problem by myself.

Can you try download the latest launcher installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you update your joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
