It seems like there is probably an issue with Joomla / web server as it is not passing us the correct data when parsing these urls. We can't seem to get anything after the "unicode" urls.

Hm, okay after testing this internally it seems like this issue is probably related to your web server not supporting unicode urls. I have tested this locally and it seems to be working fine without the patch that I applied earlier. Your web server seems to not process these urls. Can you check this with your web host?

I create ticket to my hosting support and they answer me after a week to fix this issue by following this post :

but I can't found any code in application.php file like that developer say to fix this issue

Hey Fady,

That particular post is referring to Joomla 2.5 but you are now on 3.x and it should work on most web servers. I believe your hosting's end may not be supporting unicode urls. Because I tried the exact same topic title on my end with a standard Apache / PHP / MySQL setup and it works fine.

OR can you change the URLs style in your component to working without using unicode urls
example the unicode url result : http://syriansmall.com/يوجد-قطع-تجربة.html
to other url style like : http://syriansmall.com/13343.html
or like that other ways

It seems like your hosting provider is running on a Windows Webserver, IIS and I have read through several forums that IIS doesn't play well with unicode characters in the url.

The quickest way for me to hack this is to convert unicode urls into date stamps. Can you try this again now?
