Hey Guys,

I woke up this morning and checked my website. Guess what? I can no longer make any sales. You somehow disabled my tabs, supposedly to fix problems that I am having with EasyBlog. But Guess What? I use tabs for ecommerce and to display information.

I am very disappointed with the support staff at Stackideas.

In the future, I will make whatever changes that are required...

Also, I just want to mention that you did not solve the problems I am having with EasyBlog 5.

Rene
Hi renejdm,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply and sorry to heard that you felt disappointed on our support

Is that we missing something here? Because I've checked on your previous post thread from your profile, it seems like all post we answered with your question and without access in your site.

Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so I can better have a look for your tab issues?

By the way, may i know you provided that first screenshot ( http://screencast.com/t/ZfOyF7wAvyRq ) tab what should be show out?

Looking forward of your response.

Hi,

Well I fixed my own website myself.

There are still many problems with EasyBlog 5.

But from now on I will apply any fixes myself.

Every forum post I make includes my website url and super admin username and password.

You claim that you never get these details.

Perhaps you should look at EasyDiscuss on your own website.

Hey Rene,

Firstly, I do apologize for the inconveniences caused and it has been a crazy week for all of us here with the support requests and we're trying to address most of these issues as fast as we can.

Secondly, for some reason your site access isn't displaying for us so I am not sure how did my colleague actually managed to login to your site to disable your ecommerce but I will definitely have a word with them.

I am still checking on why your site access isn't displaying for us.

Okay, managed to figure out why the login details aren't displayed. When one of our partner sites was hacked early this year, we took the precaution to encrypt all passwords and hash it in a way nobody can reverse it except for our team.

What actually happened is that your password contained some character which messes up the encryption. I have fixed the encryption algorithm and your login details are appearing for us now.

Apologies for that Rene! But I am still puzzled as to who disabled the ecommerce module of yours since none of us had your site access?
