i realy would like to thank you guys for this new feature, very usefull and helop a lot our new members !
If you can ad a rich text editor or even accept html code to add link for example would be great.

ps: i would suggest a private Welcome Message too, i believe that a message coming from the founder of the website is more motivating for new members, if we have a TAG to insert the user name to write a small message like "Hello (john DOE) and welcome on ... "
